Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is Gosh Media DOO Skopje, a limited liability company registered in North Macedonia ("we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact form or by email at [email protected].

For each purpose we list the data, the legal basis we rely on and how long we keep it.

• Running and securing the site. Your IP address, device, browser and the pages you visit, including Cloudflare's security checks. We also use your IP address to look up your country, so we can show the content and consent message that apply there. Legal basis: legitimate interests. We keep this data briefly, for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics. How you use the site, your device and your approximate location, through Google Analytics 4. If you're signed in, analytics also receives your account's user ID (never your email address or name), so we can see how members use the site across devices. Legal basis: legitimate interests, to understand and improve how the site is used. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser. The data is deleted at the end of our Google Analytics retention period, which is at most 14 months.
• Advertising. When ads are shown on the site, Google AdSense uses cookies and identifiers. Legal basis: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, ads are personalised only with your consent, which Google's consent message asks for. Google keeps this data under its own rules: see Google’s privacy policy and your Google ad settings.
• Third-party links. When you click a link to a third-party site, including a betting operator, the click is recorded in our analytics. The third party or its affiliate network may set its own cookies. Legal basis and retention: as for analytics.
• Your account. Your email address; your name, if Google provides it; the user ID that Clerk gives your account; your country, from your connection, which sets your prices; your language; your consent records (that you are 18 or older and, from Pro launch, your EU, EEA or UK right-to-cancel waiver; Clerk records your acceptance of the Terms itself); and your subscription status. Legal basis: contract. We keep this data while your account exists, and consent records as long as we need them to prove your consent.
• Payments (Whop, from Pro launch). Whop handles your card details; we receive your plan, subscription status, period dates and payment events, never card numbers. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. We keep this data as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Emails. The messages we send to members, such as the welcome email from Pro launch, and our replies to you. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests. We keep them as long as we need them for that purpose.
• Contact form. Your name, email address and message. If you are signed in, we may add your plan, status and user ID so we can help you. Legal basis: legitimate interests. We keep this data as long as we need it to handle your request.
• Push notifications. Through OneSignal: your device's push token, language and time zone. Legal basis: consent, which you give through your browser's permission prompt. We keep this data until you unsubscribe.
• Preventing abuse. The connection, device and account data above, used for bot protection and to block duplicate trial accounts. Legal basis: legitimate interests. We keep it as long as we need it for that purpose.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Clerk, our sign-in provider. We use them only to create your account, sign you in, show your name and picture while you're signed in, and fill in forms such as the contact form for you. Your name and email address are stored with your account; your picture stays with Clerk. We don't receive any other data from your Google account, and we never sell or share your Google data. To remove it, unlink Google in your account settings, or ask us to delete your account through the contact form.

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the services below, each for its own role, and in the cases listed after them. Most of these services act as our processors and use the data only on our instructions; where a service also uses data for its own purposes, such as Google for ads, its own privacy policy applies.

• Cloudflare: content delivery and security.
• Google Cloud: hosting.
• Google Workspace: our email.
• Cloudinary: images.
• Google Analytics 4: analytics.
• Google AdSense: ads, when ads are shown.
• OneSignal: push notifications.
• Clerk: sign-in and accounts.
• Whop, from Pro launch: payments and subscriptions.
• Third-party sites get data only when you click through to them.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.
• A successor, if our business is transferred.

Some of these providers are in the United States and other countries outside the EU and the UK. These transfers are covered by adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, to object to how we use it (including for direct marketing), and to withdraw your consent at any time.

• To use these rights, contact us through our contact form or at [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month.
• You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk), to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority where you live.
• We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Our model predicts matches, not people.

We and the services above use cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains which ones and how you can control them.

The site is for adults only. If we learn that we hold data about a minor, we delete it.

We use encrypted connections and limit access to personal data to the people and services that need it. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We announce changes on the site, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
