Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of MyGameOdds.com (the "Website"), including your MyGameOdds account and MyGameOdds Pro. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. By using the Website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

MyGameOdds.com is operated by Gosh Media LTD, based in Skopje, North Macedonia ("we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact form or by email at [email protected].

MyGameOdds publishes AI-powered football predictions, statistics and related information. Everything on the Website is information only:

• We do not take bets, hold stakes or pay out winnings. Bets are placed with bookmakers, under their own terms.
• Our predictions are probabilities, not certainties. We do not guarantee any result, win or profit, and past results do not guarantee future ones.
• Nothing on the Website is financial advice. Whether and how you bet is your own decision.

You must be 18 or older to use the Website and to create an account. You are responsible for following the gambling laws of the country where you live, and for not betting where it is not allowed.

Only bet money you can afford to lose. Our Responsible Gambling page lists the warning signs and where to get help.

• You can create a free account by signing in with Google or with a 6-digit code sent to your email address. Sign-in is provided by Clerk; there are no passwords.
• When you create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these Terms.
• One account per person. Do not share your account or create more than one.
• We may block an account that is used for abuse, for example a second account created to get another free trial.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time through our contact form. We then delete it from Clerk and from our own database. Deleting your account does not cancel a MyGameOdds Pro subscription, so cancel that first (see below).

During early access, every tip on the Website is free for signed-in members. Early access ends when MyGameOdds Pro launches, and we will announce the launch on the Website. After that, a free account keeps the free tips and one free Premium Selection a day, and the full set of tips is part of MyGameOdds Pro.

From launch, MyGameOdds Pro is a paid subscription. It gives you every tip on the Website, including the Premium Selections and the Pro accumulators, with no ads.

• Free trial: Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter your card details when you start it, and each account can use one free trial.
• Renewal: if you do not cancel during the trial, the first payment is taken on day 8. Your subscription then renews each month or each year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time at whop.com/@me/settings/memberships. Pro stays open until the end of the current period (or of the trial), and you are not charged again.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Pro is paused until the payment goes through. Whop retries the payment, and if it keeps failing, the subscription ends.

Payments and billing are handled by Whop. You pay through Whop’s checkout on the Website by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your card details go to Whop, not to us. The price and currency for your country are shown before you pay, and prices include tax, which Whop collects.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through our contact form or at [email protected]. Refunds are handled through Whop.

In Kenya and Nigeria, you can also buy Pro as a pass paid once, for 30 days or for 365 days, with M-Pesa, crypto or card. A pass has no free trial and does not renew: Pro stays open until the pass ends.

If you live in the EU or the EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Before you pay for Pro, you ask us to start it immediately and confirm that you then lose this right of withdrawal. We record that consent, with the time you gave it, and repeat it in the welcome email.

We may update these Terms, for example when MyGameOdds Pro launches. We announce changes on the Website, and the date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated. If you keep using the Website after a change, the updated Terms apply to you.

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Match data and odds come from third-party providers and bookmakers and can be late or wrong, and the Website may sometimes be unavailable.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from bets you place or decisions you make based on the Website, or for loss caused by errors in the data or by the Website being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, and the courts in Skopje decide any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
